Today was orientation for Customer Service Pro. I completed the review quiz at the end and submitted it. I submitted my Skillsoft assignment on the topic of Negotiating. What I Did Today
Today was the first day back from a week break. I touched up on my typing skills. Then, I reviewed my accountability assignment and core monthly email assignment. I feel like today was productive in getting back on track with daily procedures.

Today we did our normal typing exercises. It seems that I have not had much advancement in typing speed. Throughout the rest of the day, we were working on Accountability assignments, skill soft, and Khan Academy research.
