Today, we still working on the networking lab in VirtualBox. I now have a better understanding on how computer networking works on a virtual machine.

Work on customer service and cashiering, soft skills, and typing with career search.

Today I worked on Sunshine Express Point of Sales activity with other class members. We took turns until everyone had a turn. It was a very productive day.

Today we continued on our lab to test networking on a virtual LAN. I got to the part of the lab where I won’t always have explicit steps outlining what to do, so I have to figure out what to do using resources and manual research. I think I am finally getting a bigger picture …

Today I worked on completing the 2-layer network project. I’m testing it out now…. I hope we have time to work on this tomorrow some….

Today, I finished the pre-lab section on Networking, and caught up to where I was at with the Network building block segment. I have a lot to do still, but it shouldn’t be too hard to get through it.

Today we did POS Training with each other, using the Sunshine Express food menu. I had fun in this activity. After that, I organized my files by creating a new folder on the desktop named PRO Class 2024, created 3 folders for June July, and August, then created 4 folders for each of the months …

Today I practiced a customer service exercise. Navigating through it was a little challenging at first when it came to learning the cash register. Eventually, I got that mental click.
